The conference will cover a wide array of topics related to the economics of beer and brewing. The presentations of accepted research papers take place in two tracks of workshops on June 13 and 14, 2017.   

June 12, 2017 

  • Fly in and registration
  • Keynote speaker: Professor Majken Schultz, Copenhagen Business School
  • Reception offered by Copenhagen Business School

June 13, 2017                              

  • Session on internationalisation of the industry. The chairman of Carlsberg, Professor Flemming Besenbacher, will participate
  • 6 workshops and visit to the Carlsberg Museum

June 14, 2017                              

  • Keynote speaker: Professor Jens Gammelgaard, Copenhagen Business School
  • 6 workshops, closing remarks and conference dinner

June 15, 2017 

  • Bus trip to visit local breweries
